Refund Policy

Standard Products

We stand behind the quality of our standard products and are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Sale and Limited Edition Products

All sale items and limited edition runs are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for evaluation. If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
